1)Do i have to pay sales tax?

 You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state(Florida).

2)What methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay securely online via this website using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

3)I don't have a credit card. Can i pay with a a cheque or moner order?

You sure can. All you have to do is send us an email with the products you would like to order and we will bill you an invoice. As soon as we recieve payment and it clears in the bank we will contact you with expected shipping date and delivery confirmation.

4)How do i track my order?

You can track your order by clicking the track your order icon on top of the web page and type in your order number. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to email or contact us by phone.

5)What is your return policy?

BY ORDERING FROM THIS SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY: 100% satisfaction Guaranteed. Products may be returned only upon issuance of a return authorization by the Company. Any return for store credit or full refund(Shipping not refunded) must be returned in it's original condition. The Return Authorization must appear on all packages and paperwork in connection with such return. Product must be in new, saleable condition and must have been purchased within 30 days of the date of return. Issuance of a Return Authorization does not bind the Company to accept such return. Final decision shall be made after the Company has inspected the returned Product.

6)What are your international shipping rates?

Our international customers are very important to us. Orders to countries ship via Federal Express International Priority or USPS. Standard delivery times are 1-2 weeks, but will depend on the destination country and can be delayed in customs. Please be aware that we are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state. We recommend that you check your local laws before ordering.

7)What is your shipping policy?

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days. Normally orders recieved before 2pm eastern time will be shipped out the same day. During the processing time we our safely package your order and getting it out to you as quickly as possible.

Certain items which require special preparation such as punching bags, may require a longer processing time. We will make it our priorty to get the item out quickly and give you a expected delivery date.

8)What if i recieved a defective item?

If your items appear to have a manufacturing defect such as logos or holes in fabric please give us a call or email us. Remember to explain what is wrong with your product and include your order #. We carefully check every item before it is shipped out but if the item has a manufacturing defect we will be more than happy to replace it for you.

9)How can I cancel my order?

If the product has not been shipped yet it usually takes 3-5 business days to refund you your money. If the product has been shipped we will not cover shipping charges. We recommend that you refuse the order when the shipping carrier attempts delivery. That way the product will be sent back to us at no additional cost to you. You will be refunded the value of the product as soon we recieve and inspect the item.

10)The item i want is out of stock. Can i still order it?

Yes you can order an item that is out of stock. Contact us with the order you would like to place and we will not charge you until the item is ready to be shipped out.
